In 2016, Emmitt Utilities worked together with Brookfield, Downer, and TasGas on installing the new gas infrastructure in Kerang, as part of a Victorian Government initiative with the aim of connecting rural homes and businesses to a natural gas network. Our goal was to complete the project as fast as possible, while adhering to the highest safety standards, so Kerang residents could benefit as soon as possible from this improvement.
